A useful tool for veterinarians and breeders. Colostrum is essential to the health of the calf. But to make the most with this precious food, must follow certain simple rules.
ColostroNotes calculates the quantity of colostrum to be distributed to calves, it allows simulations by varying the most important parameters: quality of colostrum, origin of colostrum, time between birth and distribution and cleanliness of the colostrum but also bottles and udder.
ColostroNotes also calculates the vigor score. After assessing visual appearance, initiation of movements, general responsiveness, oxygenation, heart rate and respiration, ColostroNotes establishes a vigor score and helps make the best decision.
With ColostroNotes mastered the first hours of life calves, they are important for the health of animals, growth and condition their performance throughout their life.
